Takatsugu
At a local liquor store, I found an Aizu Nakasyo from Fukushima, which I usually don't come across. It was also the first unfiltered shibori-shibori. I opened the bottle while suppressing my rising emotions.
The rich flavor and nourishment slowly spread to the palate. It was a perfect match for the hot oden, which was served with dinner and consisted mainly of fish paste.
It makes me wonder what other snacks would go well with this bottle. Delicious ❗️
