It's a relaxing weekend at the hot springs. ♨️ Let's enjoy dinner and drinks at a local restaurant in the town! Apparently, they are famous for a dish called Uzuwa, which is made from Soda bonito! And when the waiter sears the seared mackerel for you on the spot, sake is the only way to go! I ordered a sake that reads "katana" (Japanese sword), but unfortunately it was sold out a little while ago! Then I selected this junmai ginjo sake! The bottle was marked 150ml, but they poured it quite a bit! Wow, it's delicious! It has a fruity sweetness, but it seems to be a dry sake. Local fresh fish 🐟🦑 and delicious sake 🇯🇵 A fun time with my wife 😀! By the way, I had a bottle of Garyubai Junmai Ginjo Ukiyoe label at an izakaya owned by a customer's friend in Kushiro a long time ago! my knowledge of Japanese sake Rice: Gohyakumangoku from Toyama Prefecture Rice Polishing Ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 15 Sake degree: +4 Acidity: 1.3
