The brewery is said to make all of its sake from the same yeast.
I had it with a glass of hot sake as my last drink.
It was delicious at 40 degrees Celsius, but also good at 55 degrees Celsius.
It has a sharpness as it is, but it tastes more full-bodied when heated.
