叫ぶ蝶
Recently, I have been into "silent harmony" - food and sake melting together with an ultimately uncomfortable aftertaste. Fresh sake and other reset-type sake do not suit my taste buds, so I am having a hard time with this new sake season. Tonight's dish is spring rolls. The candidates are Kikuhime, Hanagaki, Drunken Whale, Kenrishi, and Tobiroki 3 years old. The Kembishi was closest to the darkest, not too dark, and I preferred it lukewarm, lower than body temperature.
