This is the first time I bought Yamahai rice wine. Well, what do you think?
When you drink it, you feel a slight sweetness. After a while, it has a strong umami flavor like a layer of rice cake. It has a nice sharpness, and the cup goes on and on.
It seems to be good warmed up, but it's a four-pack bottle, so I'm afraid it will run out soon.
