Slightly amber in color with a hint of ginjo aroma on the nose 🤔.
It has a walnut sweetness and tastes like a typical honjozo sake, but it's actually a junmai sake 🌾🍶.
Hmmm, strong alcohol taste without alcohol added... is it fermented a lot 🤔?

You might not even know it's junmai sake🍶 unless you look at the endorsement... it was that kind of sake 🍶.
