The aroma is light and fresh, and when you put it in your mouth, it is kind of dry, but it has a unique aroma that spreads, which I don't really like. It leaves a tingling feeling of alcohol underneath, but there is not much umami from the rice.
This is the first time for me to taste something that is described as "super dry," but I wonder if this is how it is supposed to be.
