It has a sweet taste like Nagano sake (or is it just my personal opinion?). But it's not sweet, it's refreshing. It has a fruity taste, which is different from wine, and you can feel the softness and the flavor of the rice. The acidity is perfect, and the sake is very well balanced. Warming the sake makes it richer in flavor, and even though it is sweet, you will never get tired of drinking it.
It's on the edge of my budget for dinner, but it's the end of the year, so...
