The aroma is relatively subdued.
The aroma is faintly white peach-like.
The taste is clean, with a slight sourness coming later.
Without nigori (only the clear part), it gives the impression of being clean and easy to drink.
When the nigori is included, the impression changes a little and the sweetness of the rice increases.
I think only the transparent part is suitable for everyone.
But the good thing about this kind of sake is that you can drink it two ways.
