The sake was Tochigi. I thought I had been drinking Souhyo, but I guess I hadn't.
It was the first shibori-nama sake, so I didn't hesitate to take it home.
I looked at the back and saw that it was dated 2023.12. Is that what it is?
The taste may not be fruity.

This is the first time I have encountered tataki with sesame oil and a little rock salt, and I think I am going to be addicted to it.
