I usually don't buy many bottles of sake, but I bought this one because it can be stored at room temperature.
I bought it because it can be kept at room temperature, but it was kept in an unheated room, so it was rather cold.
When I drank it, I found that it had a clean taste, but it also had a good umami.
I think I like it better when it is heated up.
I would like to keep this sake on hand because I don't get tired of drinking it and the flavor doesn't change even after opening the bottle. How about in summer?
