Sawanotsuru Nada no Nama Ippon
Junmai Sake
The aroma is high, and when you take a sip, the fruity sweetness that surpasses the aroma spreads quickly on the palate.
Although it is a junmai sake, it has a lightness similar to that of a daiginjo, but at the same time it is very easy to drink with a robust umami flavor.
Strangely enough, after two or three sips, it tastes more like a robust junmai sake than the first impression. I wonder if it is a matter of the temperature.
I would recommend it to those who are drinking junmai sake for the first time! I recommend this sake to those who want to drink junmai sake for the first time.
I served it with crab miso today. The smell of crab miso goes well with sake.
