The balance of aroma and taste is superb.
When you put it in your mouth, you may be prepared for a little spiciness, but the umami immediately overlaps with the spiciness. The umami flavor quickly overtakes the spiciness and lingers in the mouth until the aftertaste.
This was the first time I had tazake in a summer bottle, but tazake is still tazake. It is unquestionably the best of sake in my opinion!
