I bought a bottle last year and didn't drink it because I didn't want to. I was able to get a bottle of Tojo Yamadanishiki again this year, so I'll start with last year's.
The aroma is gorgeous, the taste is sweet and juicy like a peach or a melon, and the flavor is amazing. The aftertaste is slightly crisp and you can drink it all the way through. It was really good.
