ナナイ
This is a wintertime tradition at Senkou. It's called Shiboritate Activated Nigori Sake.
When I put my face close to the poured glass, I could smell a faint aroma of... fruits? Fruit or pear? I can smell the fresh aroma like a pear or a fruit. Fresh and bright acidity spreads from the mouth at once, with a feeling of gas, and the slight umami and bitterness of sake are dryly intertwined, while the acidity lingers in the aftertaste until the very end. The taste is nigori-like, but in a sense, it is not like sake.
Even if you do not like nigori sake, you can enjoy it.
