The last of the souvenir sake from the recent sake party was Kariho
It's been a while since I've had a Kariho for some reason.
Although it has the characteristic acidity and habit of Yamahai, it is not hard to drink.
After a few days of drinking, the taste became more balanced. As one would expect from Kariho. In the end, the taste was satisfactory.
A few dishes from the sake party
Spicy pickled daikon (herb) wrapped in shiso. Goes exquisitely with sake.
Tai chazuke (sea bream stew): Salt-broiled sea bream is loosened and served with dashi broth!

Yes, Kariho is one of them, but the level of Akita sake in general is very high 😋.
I wish our Miyagi sake would be more exciting 😊I don't understand why it's mainly exported 🤯.
