The first bottle as a new sake
Slightly fizzy and fruity taste.
When warmed on the tongue, it has a spiciness derived from the acidity.
I found it to be a very tasty sake!
If I go back to my personal memory...
I think it may be a similar sake quality to the one produced in the region or macho.
According to my research, Omachi is used.
