This is my first Meikyo Jyunsui. This sake was featured in the manga "Mishinbo". It is a Junmai Daiginjo made from Yamadanishiki and Miyamanishiki polished to 45%. It has a perfect balance of soft umami blended with a moderate fruity sensation on the palate. As the name implies, it has a clear and clean taste with no evil intentions. Delicious😋.
