Purchased a bargain at a supermarket in Himeji City.
I had high expectations for this sake because it was made from a new type of sake rice called Shinryu Nishiki, but to be honest, I was disappointed that I could not find any special characteristics in it.
I guess it was left unsold because it was an inexpensive junmai ginjo.
