Today is Yamamoto Kai.
We compared Yamamoto's color-themed series, which has become a very popular brand.
This sake is made with "Koudou Shinko" (improved Nobukou).
It has a dry aftertaste, but is quite sweet at first.
The quality of the sake is clear, so perhaps this is where it started to turn blue.
My impressions are getting more and more vague!
