Original bottle by Mashidaya in Tochigi.
It has a gassy and fresh mouthfeel. It is juicy with a good balance of sweet, umami, and acidity, which is typical of Machida Shuzo.
When heated at 50°C, the acidity fades and the sweetness opens up.
