Kaga tasted a sake from Doubashi.
This is also a bottle I drank at a New Year's party at a friend's house.
It is not "Jyushidai" but "Jyushaime"!
It is a well-balanced sake with a light taste and a good umami.
Although it is different from "Jyushidai", which is a slow and sweet sake, "Jyushaime" is also a very tasty sake!
