On the first day of opening, it didn't have much of an aroma, with a strong yuzu-based acidity and bitterness, and a heavy flavor. There was a thick grainy aroma in my mouth, but it left me with the smell of sauces and a little guava flavor at the end, which was kind of funny. It wasn't very much my type (´°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°). But but! Day three! Huh? Is this the same drink? There was a lot of light banana and koji incense, and a honey-like aroma. We are both very happy. There's a lot of acidity, but it's a soft acidity that's unusual and refreshing! It was Yuzu-like to grapefruit-like, like this I drank the whole thing without a second thought, thanks for the treat! You are the quintessential Murasuke (๑ ◡・๑)
