I drank Tazake at lunchtime, but at night I drank Takachiyo! This one has a Sake meter of +19!
It is dry and light! It is dry, light, and has a good sharpness!
It has a classic feel.
It has a nice umami or sweetness from the rice, probably due to the flat rice polishing.
It is completely different from Hiragana, Takachiyo. Even the same brewer can make such different sake.
