I don't mind buying Hanamup's junmai and junmai ginjo because they are my favorite sweet and delicious sake and cost around 4000 yen for a bottle, but the Aizan junmai daiginjo is over 6000 yen for a bottle, so I'm torn!
The taste of this bottle is much more balanced in terms of umami and lingering flavor than sweetness!
It is a bottle that has the strength to stand up to strong dishes!
