Sweet and fragrant muscatel
Hououmida's standard new sake with a little lees involved😄.
The moment the bottle is opened, a sweet aroma like Muscat-flavored Calpis spreads.
There is almost no sense of effervescence, but the impression is very fresh, as is typical of new sake, and when drunk, it has a refreshing sweetness like lychee 😊.
The sweetness disappears softly and goes down the throat without resistance, also lychee-like 👍.
I think most of the sake I enjoy these days is Gohyakumangoku 😁.
