I have a prejudice that Fushimi sake is sweet and dull, but this is delicious.
Although it is jungin, the aroma is not too overpowering, and the mild umami flavor is strong.
The aftertaste is crisp with a lingering aftertaste! It has a lingering aftertaste, but it is not dull! It is not dull.
It seems to be similar to Kochi sake.
If that's the case, why not just use sake from Kochi?
It is a good sake that can be easily matched with anything from sashimi to simmered dishes.
