ZAKU" Yamadanishiki 2022 Junmai Ginjo
This time we drank Yamadanishiki from the Saku sake rice series, which is released every spring. The Yamada-Nishiki is grown in Mie Prefecture. It has spent the summer and fall in our refrigerator since we purchased it in the spring💦.
It's been a while since we got it, but it's fresh and lush! It was fruity, yet light and delicious 😆.
