I was abstaining from alcohol for a medical checkup (lol), and this evening I was accompanied by this one with a very stylish name. As the name suggests, it is a very pink sake. It is filled with orikomi, which gives it a beautiful cherry blossom color when mixed. When the bottle is opened, there is a faint aroma of rice. In the mouth, it is very thick and has a strong acidity, like yogurt. Despite the acidity, there is almost no sweetness. After soaked spinach and vinegar noodle soup, the sourness disappears and it is like thickened water. When you eat seared barracuda or boiled sea bream with salt, it is like sweet sake for adults with a hint of sweetness. When I put salt on red shrimp sashimi, the sake enhances the sweetness of the shrimp. It was a slightly different sake.
