Noge ③. After Sushi Izakaya, we went to the fourth restaurant of the day after Hormone and Yakitori restaurants. My friend had been there before, but this was my first time. Here we had sake again 🍶. Hananobun, a sake I had never had before. Soft sweetness Slightly sour Slightly sour Summer sake-like With a treacherous nibble named Gouty Carpaccio, which seems bad for uric acid levels 🤣.

Thank you ma-ki-, thank you here too😊. The gout carpaccio is complete with salmon roe, sea urchin and caviar 🤣. I didn't know about Hananobun either. Maybe because it is a summer sake, it was refreshing. Easing the immorality of gout?
