The second bottle was at Sharaku.
The last time I drank at Sharaku was also at another monjayaki restaurant, so it seems I have a connection with this combination. Also, my daughter's school trip was to Fukushima Prefecture.

It has a fresh sweetness that is gorgeous for a junmai sake. It is also delicious, with a good umami and a sharpness due to the acidity 😊.
I had it with grilled squid with buttery soy sauce and the richness of the liver goes well with the junmai sake 🦑.
