One of the three most delicious nigori every year 😄The aroma is fruity, like grapefruit with a hint of muscat.
When you drink it, the sweetness is not so strong and there is a fizzy feeling. The aftertaste is clean with a good amount of acidity. It also has a dry taste. When you mix in the oli, you can taste the sourness and bitterness. The total taste is very delicious 😄I have been drinking a lot of dry nigori this year. And all of them are delicious and of a high level (^o^)
