Yamama's brew No. 3, a special junmai sake, was bottled after roughly straining the unrefined sake, and the active nigori nama sake was excellent!
The raw material used was Gohyakumangoku, which is 60% polished rice. It has a rich and creamy taste in the mouth, with a strong sense of gas and a freshness that makes it pop in the mouth, combined with a sweetness that gives it a new taste sensation.
The alcohol content is a little higher than most sake at 17 degrees, but it is easy to drink because of its good mouthfeel, and the three of us drank up a whole bottle in one night!
