杉浦 智彦A sake brewery that I came to know through my teacher. A hybrid of Miyamanishiki and Hitogokochi. The aroma is like melon soda. On the palate, there is a slight viscosity, but it is not sticky due to the sizzling sensation. The first sip has a fruity flavor and acidity like apple or pineapple. Although it has a strong flavor, the taste disappears softly after it goes down your throat. I like it better than Shinshu Kamerei.
