Kametaya Sake Brewery
They say it is "shiro" and "umami".
They say it's like amaou.
Gas that seems to make the lid fly off. Sweet aroma. Caramel and citrus, I guess. You can smell it all the time. Soft in the mouth. Dusty aroma in the back. Faint fizz stimulates the tongue and throat. And then the umami. When you mix the cage, it smells like yogurt.
This is my favorite sweet sake. Very tasty. Maybe the timing of opening the bottle was good.
The sake brewery across the street from Daishinshu. I have the impression that they make a very plain and tasty sake. It's kind of plain. It should sell well.
This brewery holds a monthly event where sake is directly pumped from a tank. This is an impressive brewery that has been holding monthly events, probably due to the Corona disaster. The sake tasting at the kiosk had been suspended for a while, but seems to have resumed. 300 yen.
