Naruto Tai Junmai Super Dry
Slightly ginjo sake. It has a smooth and very light sake quality. It has a good sharpness, and before you know it, it is gone from your mouth. There is a slight bitterness.
I think it is best served chilled. It may be a bit lacking when enjoyed on its own, but since it does not interfere with meals, it is perfect as a mealtime sake.
