I bought it at a liquor store that is relatively close by. I really wanted to visit this store to get some Ura-Koshi, which is exclusive to this store, but they didn't have such a thing. I can't come here very often because I have to take the bus from the station, but I would like to visit again. But lately, visiting liquor stores I've never been to is becoming my hobby...
It was labeled as sparkling, but unlike my own expectation (like the microbubbles of Tasake), it tasted like nigori sake. This is totally delicious. After all, Yamamoto never misses out, does it?
I drank it on my way home from a bike ride to a nearby liquor store (different from this one) in the heat of the day, and it was great.

I was wondering 🤔 when I drank Yamamoto-san's sparkling 🧨, it was about 2 years ago🤗.
Sparkling without sweetness is my favorite one 😋.

It's great that you drank it two years ago! I love a nice chilled sparkling sake in the heat of summer...but I don't think I see this kind of sake very often.
