bouken
I went to my neighborhood liquor store, Ikoma Sake Shop, on my way home from work to find out that a new sake had arrived in the Kansai region for the first time!
I had kept the name of the store secret until now, but now that this account has been exposed, I will disclose the name from now on 🤣.
While I was buying sake, I also had a chance to try some of the sake that I bought during my visit to the brewery, even though they don't sell the same sake as the store!
The first one is Miyanomatsu. This place seems to be a revived brewery.
I wanted to try this sake because everyone who has tried it raves about it!
It has a soft mouthfeel and a perfect balance of sweetness and umami. It is sweet, but natural sweetness without being deliberate.
I was told that it got better a few days after opening the bottle, so I wonder if it was adjusted after the bottle was opened.
It is an excellent sake with no bad elements at all.
I want a distributor in Kansai.
