Taisetsukei Brewery is located in Azumino, Shinshu. It is a very alpine sake brewery that takes its name from the Hakuba Daisetsuekei mountain range and advocates "mountain sake.
This product bears the name of Mt. It has an apple-like ginjo aroma, a characteristic of the Alpine yeast born in Nagano. It is sweet, fruity, and easy to drink, but because it is a pure sake, you will find yourself getting drunk before you know it, making it a bit of a dangerous drink.
