勉強中Shinshu Kamerei ran out in no time, so we opened a bottle of this one, made by a female toji in the same prefecture.
The first day was the most mellow, sweet and delicious. It went well with lasagna 😊As time went by, it became spicy and I couldn't drink it at the end 😅 You need to drink it as soon as you open the bottle.
