Sake made by Wakabisu Sake Brewery that goes well with Baby Star Ramen.
The aroma is very faintly acid-alkaline and clean. It is very classic.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the acidity. The lactic acidity is very clear. But then the umami comes out! This is powerful. There is not so much bitterness, but there is an astringent taste.
Well, it's not bad, but it's not that good. At least, it's not a stand-alone drink. Now let's try it with baby star.

Naturally, it goes really well with it. The rich chicken flavor of the Baby Star and the delicious saltiness of the sake fuse together to create a flavor that makes me happy. It's so interesting!
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be the Gikkuri from "Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind". He is one of the five members of the Jouji clan.
