I'm still not back to full strength, but I've been in the mood for alcohol cleansing! I'm in a binge drinking mode 😅.
I think it is rare to use Tojo Yamadanishiki even though it is Jungin. ☺️ Sometimes I drink authentic sake. The aroma is not flashy, but it is mainly a mild chemi aroma with a weak banana aroma.
The taste is also very soft, with a pleasant attack of rice sweetness and acidity that is suitable for a mid-meal drink, followed by a soft spread of rich umami 😋🤤😋😋.
The dryness of the aftertaste is also exquisitely good 😊.
