Rice polishing ratio 65%, ALC 16
Room temperature: The aroma is weaker, but the weak acidity, umami, and indescribable aroma spread in the mouth.
Lukewarm - Top warming: The acidity is a little more pronounced and the rice flavor is more fragrant.
Hot - tobikiri-kan: Before drinking, the aroma smells of rice bran (= koji smell?), and the sourness or dryness of the rice flavor. I feel that the acidity or dry taste has become stronger.
Cold sake: Slightly aromatic, refreshing, and slightly dry.
My preference is room temperature or cold sake (^◇^;)💦.
