Yuho花さか遊穂 純米吟醸生原酒 うすにごり

It was named after the story of a flower blooming on a dead tree, with the hope that the harsh days will pass and the day when we can meet everyone with a smile will come soon (^^).
I thought it would be quite dry because it has the highest sake content among the Yuho I've drunk so far, but the fruity feeling comes first, and afterwards, the clean spiciness goes through the nose. Just the right balance!
I'm going to let it sit in the fridge for a bit and see if the taste changes.
