Next, my wife sent us a bottle of Tenjo Mugen!
Both of them are from my hometown, Kami-machi.
I had the impression that many of the senior members of the Wooden Craftsmen's Association like dry sake, so please enjoy Kami's home specialty, light and dry sake!
The aroma is a soft ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel is clear and refreshing, with a slight sweetness and a firm umami taste that comes later. The fruity aftertaste is followed by a light acidity and bitterness.
Overall, it is a light but satisfying sake.
Teppan grill of bear meat. The fat is very fatty, but it is surprisingly tasty.
In the evening, we enjoyed a jazz festival.
