This is the fourth bottle produced after Normal Yamadanishiki, Effervescent, and Hozu.
I missed many chances to buy it, but I managed to get it.
It is close to the normal Yamadanishiki, but has a good amount of wood vat flavor, and a more complex taste.
Personally, I don't like the strong aroma of wooden vats, so I prefer this one.
The drinkability is top-notch, and I finished it in no time.
We have high expectations for future productions.
