The aroma of fruits similar to apples as soon as the bottle is opened.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a strong sweetness followed by sourness and a little bitterness, and it finishes crisply.
The aroma is typical of Jigokumo, and there is no sawdust smell at all.
The aroma is very typical of Jikin, and there is no smell of sawdust.
It is so delicious that I refrain from drinking more.
There are more and more similar sake, but when I drink Jikin, I feel the depth of umami is amazing.
Of course, it is perfectly fine as a food sake, but it is a pity that the food loses out.
