Lightly cemedine and citrus-like aroma. The palate is smooth and juicy with acidity. The overall flavor is complex and rich, probably due to the mixed fermentation using yeasts No. 1 to No. 6. In my opinion, the flavor changes about 3 times. My favorite sake. I love it 😁.
Pair with Awaji Island Onion Pizza. The sweetness of the onions and the sourness and bitterness of this sake combine to increase their respective tastes.
As I kept drinking it, the taste gradually became richer ❗️.
