Ishikawa Prefecture has many heavy-boned sake.
I thought Noto or Kaga would vary depending on the area, but both are heavyweight.
Among the Ishikawa sake, my favorites are Tengumai, Tedorigawa, and Tsunekigen.
Personally, I feel that not only Yoshida Kura but also Tedorigawa has been producing modern sake for young people recently, which makes me feel a little sad,

The higher the temperature, the better it tastes.
