This day was at a restaurant I was involved in.
Eels are actually not that much my favorite lol.
However, it was grilled over binchotan charcoal, and the meat was thick and the skin was crispy and very tasty.
The sake was "Shichida" (🍶).
This sake is very easy to drink and has a nice sweetness and sharpness 🤤.
You can drink as many glasses as you want!
